Even though Audrey’s reputation preceded her and I knew she was really good, I was still very pleasantly impressed by the quality of her service: she was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable of the Austin area, yet very personable and pleasant to work with. We had been trying to buy a specific land lot in South Austin for the last 3 years without much success as the lot was grossly overpriced and the seller was not budging, but within 2 months of hiring Audrey, we not only did get the lot, but also for much less than the asking price and the market value, which was amazing.
